Organic Lion's Mane Powder

Lion's mane, also known officially as Hericium erinaceus, belongs to the family of Hericiaceae. The mushroom is an edible fungus that has been used in East Asia for centuries as food and medicine.

Our Organic Organic lion’s mane powder is planted in Gutian. The fruiting body of the mushroom is authorised to trade as food in Europe. After harvesting, the fruiting bodies of the lion’s mane were steam sterilized and grinded using a superfine pulveriser to give fine powder.

Our Organic Lions Mane Powder is certified to EU Organic Standards according to Regulation (EU) 2018/848 and Great British Organic Standards by the Soil Association under the code GB-ORG-05.

Processing

This product does not contain any substances causing allergies (Directive 2007/68/EC) as or intolerances as ingredients or by the possibility of cross-contamination. No colours, binders, fillers or preservatives added. Certified organic by the Soil Association and registered by the Vegan society. 

Suggested Use:

Try adding 4-6g into juice, smoothies or in hot water to make tea.
